Selene, Greek Goddess of the Moon. She is known for her countless love affairs. The most famous one, is her love for Endymion, the shepherd. Selene is usually seen along with the 2 other Moon Goddesses, Artemis and Athena, known as the triple moon goddesses. She is identified by the woman of an extremely white face on silver chariot drawn by two horses. Selene wears robes, carrys a torch, and wear a half-moon on her head.

The project I am working on presenting is focused on Sailor Moon. Sailor Moon is a popular manga/anime series created by Naoko Takeuchi in 1992 as a show to rival the popular Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers. The focus of this blog is to briefly introduce the viewer of the blog to the characters but as well as the connotations behind their characters.
